Typical turn-around time is 3 weeks. This includes 1 week to ship to the Sun Mountain warehouse, 1 week to repair the item, and 1 week to ship the item back to you.

Yes, some bags are able to be re-strapped in the field, others need to be ordered re-strapped. The hose for the pump is located inside the pump itself. To get the hose out of the pump, simply grip the pump in the center and unscrew the handle. Once the handle is off, tip the pump so the open end is facing down. You may need to tap the open end on a hard surface to dislodge the hose. Keep in mind, the handle portion of the pump is the end opposite of where the air comes out.

First, please check your tire pressure to confirm all tires are at 30 psi. If the tire pressure checks out and you have a cart outfitted with bungee cords or strapless bag bag bracket you can adjust the alignment by following the instructions in your user's guide. If you have an older cart outfitted with velcro straps for securing the bag on the cart, please call our customer service department at 800-227-9224 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MST.
The V1 Sport weighs 17.15 lbs. The Micro Cart Sport weighs 13.8 lbs. The MC3 weighs 16.9 lbs. In previous years, we had the SV1, weighing 17.85, and the V2, weighing 20lbs.

Sun Mountain guarantees the Provisional to be waterproof for two years from the date of purchase. The suit is seam-sealed and treated with a Dupont Teflon DWR coating for extra protection from the rain.

2) In the drop-down menu which appears, click Manage Add-Ons.

4) In the list of Add-ons, look for "Shockwave Flash Object" - which is another name for Flash Player.
5) In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight it.
6) In the bottom right corner of the Manage Add-ons dialog, click the Enable button.
7) Close the Manage Add-ons dialog and click Refresh to reload the webpage.

3) Select the Plugins menu item on the left.
4) In the Add-on display scroll down to "Shockwave Flash...".
5) Click on "Enable" if such button is present, else it is already enabled.

2) Select Tools
3) Select Extensions and make sure that Shockwave Flash has not been disabled.
4) Check "enable" next to Shockwave Flash if not checked already.
