Shipping Information

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders $100 and over in the continental United States. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will have a FedEx Ground rate calculated at time of checkout. We ship via FedEx ground or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.

Standard Shipping

We have a flat-rate of $10 per order in the Continental US only. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will have a FedEx Ground rate calculated at time of checkout. We ship via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.

Estimated delivery days will be shown for each shipping method at checkout.

We also have the option to require a signature for a $6.00 fee. The signature required service is an extra layer of protection in case you are worried about your package being lost or stolen. Should you turn down the option for the signature service, we DO NOT guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.

Express Shipping

If you need your order faster we have FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping options available for you. These rates are calculated at checkout. All orders ship the business day after the order is placed. Estimated delivery days will be shown for each shipping method at checkout.

International Orders

Important notice: We have temporarily disabled our direct to Canada shopping option. Please visit your nearest Sun Mountain retailer to place an order.

Shipping Carriers

All orders will be shipped via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost. You may choose our flat-rate (FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost depending on size of package), FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day Express®, or FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping. Delivery

We provide an estimated delivery time for each shipping option to help you plan the arrival of your item(s).

We know that sometimes life has surprises. FedEx also provides an excellent service called Delivery Manager. This tool offers more flexibility and allows you to manage your deliveries to match your schedule. You have the opportunity to use the Delivery Manager to hold your package at a FedEx facility, customize your delivery time, request signature upon delivery, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. The one-time sign up is free and you can become a lifetime member allowing you to change ANY shipment by FedEx.

Return Policy

We understand that every now and then the item you purchased may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case for your order, you may initiate a return or exchange on your merchandise within 35 days of your order fulfillment date. The fulfillment date is the date the order was shipped. Store credit will be issued on returns initiated within 60 days of the fulfillment date. We will not accept returns after 60 days.

If the item you purchased doesn't meet your satisfaction and you need to return it, you may return the item for a refund, exchange or store credit. You will be given a full refund for the item(s) as long as the following requirements are met: the item is unused, the item is not damaged, and item is not personalized. All original tags and packing materials must be with your returned item. If your returned item is not in perfect condition, we do not guarantee a refund.

If you would like to exchange your item, you may exchange it for a different size or color in the same model.  We do not accept exchanges across model types.

If you are returning a gift, please fill out as many details as possible and a customer care team member will contact you regarding your options.  Gift items are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY.

As a courtesy to you, when you initiate your return or exchange, you will have the opportunity to also print a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to return your merchandise.

Any item marked as “FINAL SALE” is NOT eligible for return or exchange.

How To Return Merchandise

Please initiate your return by filling out the return form in our return portal.  You will have the option to select a return or exchange option. 


We will provide a FedEx pre-paid label, but you will need to get the item to a FedEx shipping facility for return.

The original outbound shipping is non-refundable. You will be given a full refund for the item(s) as long as the following requirements are met: the item is unused, the item is not damaged, and item is not personalized. All original tags and packing materials must be with your returned item. If your returned item is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund.


PLEASE NOTE: if the product was originally delivered to you damaged or defective or the wrong item was shipped, you will be credited for outgoing shipping in addition to the item.

Defective Products and Returns

You may return items damaged at the time of receipt and incorrect items received without penalty. If your item is rendered defective due to a manufacturer's defect, please contact our customer care team at 1-800-227-9224 for a warranty replacement. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund or replacement.

International Return Policy

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Visit our returns portal to initiate a return.

Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package.

Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Tracking An Order

If you placed an order online, you will receive a tracking email when your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your SPAM folder. If you did not receive a tracking email, please call 1-800-227-9224 to get tracking information.
