Occasionally, during promotional periods, we may waive the shipping fees on orders $100.00 and above destined for addresses in the continental United States. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will have a FedEx Ground rate calculated at time of checkout. We ship via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.

We also have the option to require a signature for a $6.00 fee. The signature required service is an extra layer of protection in case you are worried about your package being lost or stolen. Should you turn down the option for the signature service, we DO NOT guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
Express Shipping - NOT currently an option
If you need your order faster we have FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping options available for you. These rates are calculated at checkout. All orders ship the business day after the order is placed. Estimated delivery days will be shown for each shipping method at checkout.
We have recently opened up international order options for Canada. These orders are placed through the FedEx CrossBorder service. Your international shipment is subject to duties, taxes and higher shipping rates.
When you place an international order on Shop.Sunmountain.com, the tracking will be separated into two legs. The first leg of your order’s journey will be from Missoula, Montana, USA to a FedEx CrossBorder aggregation center in either Fontana, CA, USA or St Petersburg, FL, USA. The second leg of the journey will be from the aggregation center to your requested ship to address. You will receive an email notification of your shipment, complete with a link to a package tracking web page. The page is updated as your package moves through the system. Please allow for a slight delay (up to 24 hours) in updates on the tracking page as they are not ‘real-time’.
Transit times vary depending on order volume and order consolidation in FedEx CrossBorder aggregation centers. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to move from the aggregation center to the final destination.
