All orders will be shipped via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost. You may choose our flat-rate (FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost depending on size of package), FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day Express®, or FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping. We also have the option to require a signature for a $6.00 fee. The signature required service is an extra layer of protection in case you are worried about your package being lost or stolen. Should you turn down the option for the signature service, we can't guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
When you place an international order on Shop.Sunmountain.com, the tracking will be separated in two legs. The first leg of your order’s journey will be from Missoula, Montana, USA to a FedEx CrossBorder aggregation center in either Fontana, CA, USA or St Petersburg, FL, USA. The second leg of the journey will be from the aggregation center to your requested ship to address. You will receive an email notification of your shipment, complete with a link to a package tracking web page. The page is updated as your package moves through the system. Please allow for a slight delay (up to 24 hours) in updates on the tracking page as they are not ‘real-time’.
Transit times vary depending on order volume and order consolidation in FedEx CrossBorder aggregation centers. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to move from the aggregation center to the final destination.
